Ben jij een positieve en energieke Facility Coordinator / Supervisor wie de dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheid over het facilitair beheer van gebouwen, installaties en het omliggende terrein pakt? Krijg je energie van techniek en zoek je van nature de samenwerking met klant, leveranciers en interne stakeholders om zo de verschillende belangen te kunnen behartigen? In de rol als Facility Coordinator / Supervisor komen deze zaken allemaal bij elkaar. Hoe te gek Je werktijden zijn voornamelijk van maandag t/m vrijdag in dagdienst maar enige flexibiliteit wordt wel van je verwacht.

Hoe ziet jouw dag er uit als Facility Coordinator / Supervisor:

  • Beoordelen van werklast en toewijzen van taken
  • Het zijn van de verbindende schakel tussen de klant, leveranciers en interne stakeholders
  • Het opstellen en bewaken van het facilitair budget en het meten van de voortgang
  • Het begeleiden van facilitaire projecten vanuit GXO alsmede vanuit klant
  • Toezicht houden op processen voor een correcte en tijdige uitvoering
  • Correct bijhouden en genereren van vereiste rapporten
  • Correct interpreteren en handhaven van bedrijfsbeleid en veiligheidsprocedures om naleving te garanderen
  • Bewust omgaan met het verminderen van de impact op het milieu wat betreft afval, energie, water en brandstofverbruik
