Sr. Global Trade Compliance Analyst, EMEA

. Help to identify potential trade compliance risks and assist in the development of counter measures to mitigate impact. This effort will include developing compliance standard work and training materials. Responsible for metrics-KPIs reporting, dashboards and broker management. Help drive continuous improvements in operational execution and compliance levels. Support trade compliance internal audit processes. Performs other duties as assigned.
What will make you thrive in this role:
3-5 years of customs, export, import and trade compliance experience. Working knowledge of EU and US export regulations related to denied party screening, export licensing, trade sanctions and embargoes. Advanced working knowledge of import/export process and requirements. Experience in analyzing and interpreting export and import rules and regulations. Detailed oriented and highly organized. Ability to multi-task several projects at once and problem solving. Knowledge of ECCN and EU Dual Use classification. Knowledge of HTS classification, duty savings programs, export licensing, country of origin determination and regulatory requirements. Direct experience working with global trade management software and business ERP’s. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Dutch. Russian language a plus. Experience in medical-life science industry is a plus.
