Manpower is lookingfor a Lead Technical Support Operator for a company based inArnhem.

As part ofTechnical Support, responsibilities include providing directassistance to service technicians in troubleshooting and repairtasks, with a focus on software-related issues and turbineperformance. Key tasks involve creating guides for technicians,planning for stopped turbines, and participating in customermeetings. Additionally, the role entails technical planning fordown turbines, aiming to reduce downtime and improve performance.Acting as a technical lead for the site team, responsibilitiesinclude liaising between the customer and internal teams, handlingturbine issues on a daily basis, and providing advanced remotetroubleshooting. The role also involves participating in technicalcustomer meetings, evaluating technical questions, and maintainingguides for technicians. Overall, the position requires strongtechnical expertise, effective communication skills, and theability to collaborate across teams to support the company'sgoals.

What’s in it foryou
  • Gross salary between€5,500.- and €5,800.- per month 
  • Reimbursement of travel costs
  • Full-time job of 40 hours a week 
  • Direct contract with the employer

Functie-eisen
  • Electrical or mechanical education combined withexperience from the wind industry (or, relevant technicaleducation, such as Electrical, Mechanical Engineering backgroundwould be beneficial)
  • Experience in the fieldin troubleshooting or other technical experience with the differentVestas turbines
  • Advanced PC skills, forexample with SAP, Microsoft Office suite
  • Good knowledge of WTG control systems
  • Good communication skills in English, bothoral and in writing
