Overview

This internship is ideal for students who are interested in furthering their knowledge of media buying and digital advertising. Be at the fore-front of performance based marketing by learning from our in-house media buy experts. This role is not only a learning opportunity, the goal is to create an opportunity for the internship to become a junior employment position after the successful completion of the internship. As our Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll support our media buying team in executing ad campaigns, managing budgets, optimizing placements, and tracking performance across various digital platforms.

️ Your Day-to-day as a Digital Marketing Intern:



Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing media buy campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads and NativeResearch: Conduct research on target audiences, platforms, and media trends to inform buying strategiesBudgeting and Planning: support the management of campaign budgets and pacing to ensure effective ad spendAnalysis: Analyse campaign performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and prepare performance reportsCollaborate: work with the creative team to ensure ad content aligns with media placements and campaign goalsKeep up-to-date: stay in on the know on industry trends and media buying innovations to bring fresh ideas to the teamCommunicate: Assist in managing relationships with external media vendors and platform representatives





What skills will make this internship a success:

  • Commercial Mindset: media buy is all about performance and hitting (or aiming for) targets, being motivated by performance is key to your success
  • Curious: this internship will involve a lot of learning, staying curious about the industry, the platforms we use and the products we promote will keep you engaged 
  • Ambition: the goal of this internship is to gain a junior position within the company following the internship so we are looking for students with long-term ambition and a growth mindset 

Fundamentals (Requirements)

  • Currently enrolled throughout the internship in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a related study (Marketing, Communications, Business etc.) at a Dutch University 
  • Available for 5-6 months for 32-40 hours per week
  • Available from February 2025
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
