Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company with a state-of-the-art automated warehouse. Located in the Arnhem region, they are committed to innovation and efficiency in their operations.

Functieomschrijving

As an operator, you'll be responsible for operating machines in our client's production environment. You'll work in a three-shift system, providing variety in your work hours. The production environment is located in several halls, so you'll be walking quite a bit each day.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Operating and monitoring the machines;
  • Fixing minor issues;
  • Ensuring the quality of the machines;
  • Restocking the materials used by the machines.
Functie-eisen
  • No prior experience necessary; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are key;
  • Proficiency in English is required;
  • Must be physically fit, as the role involves considerable walking;
  • Being handy and having technical insight is an advantage;
  • Having your own transport is a must;
  • Must be open to working in a three-shift schedule.  
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • A gross monthly salary up to €2900 (incl. allowances);
  • A challenging position without specific diploma requirements;
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company;

  • Travel allowance of €0,21 per kilometer;
  • Initial contract through WerkTalent, with the possibility of a direct contract with the client after 6 months.
