Wij zijn op zoek naar een structural engineer voor de Marine & Offshore branche. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het ontwerpen, analyseren en bouwen van de fundamenten, structuren en framework van diverse constructies. We zijn op zoek naar een resultaatgerichte, snelle leerling die initiatief neemt en het goede voorbeeld geeft. Je maakt deel uit van een dynamisch multidisciplinair team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle voorbereidende projecten voor het installeren en verwijderen van platforminstallaties. Deze projecten worden wereldwijd uitgevoerd.
OrganisatieDe organisatie is een wereldwijde aannemer in de offshore en de energiemarkt. Ze zijn experts in het ontwerp en de uitvoering van grote en complexe offshore projecten. Ze verleggen voortdurend de grenzen van de technologie. Ze zijn voornamelijk gespecialiseerd in de installatie van pijpleidingen op zee, heavy lift, inzameling van poly metallische knollen in de diepzee en inzameling van rivierafval. Wat de organisatie echt typeert, is een relaxte werksfeer met een open cultuur. Ze gaan geen enkele uitdaging uit de weg en zoeken geschikte engineers die assertief en hands-on zijn en een bijdragen willen leveren aan record brekende projecten. Als werkgever vinden zij het namelijk belangrijk dat het belang van hun werknemers voorop staat en dit laten zij ook terug komen in hun bedrijfsvoering. Met een mooie mix aan studie achtergronden, zoals een BSc. of MSc. Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Maritieme Engineering en/of Civil Engineering. Er is veel kennis in huis om de projecten met elkaar op te pakken.
WerksfeerSamenwerking is een sleutelwoord. Teams werken nauw samen aan projecten binnen agile methode, waarbij kennisdeling en multidisciplinaire samenwerking worden gestimuleerd. Dit bevordert niet alleen de technische kwaliteit van onze projecten, maar zorgt er ook voor dat iedereen blijft leren en groeien in hun vakgebied. Tegelijkertijd wordt er hard gewerkt en zijn deadlines belangrijk. Echter, in deze drukke tijden wordt er ook waarde gehecht aan een goede work-life balance. Wat ga je doen als Structural Engineer?
Als Structural Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp, de analyse en de evaluatie van diverse structurele projecten. Je zult samenwerken met multidisciplinaire teams om projectdoelstellingen te bereiken en innovatieve oplossingen te ontwikkelen. Deze rol biedt de kans om te werken aan een breed scala van projecten.

ontwerp nieuwe concepten op basis van de klantvraag
je analyseert en modelleert je ontwerpen
controleert berekeningen van collega's
gedetailleerde berekeningen uitvoeren met behulp van handberekeningen en FEM-analyse;
je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van je werk op het gebied van het constructief ontwerp
het onderhouden van contacten met interne en externe klanten om ervoor te zorgen dat aan de vereisten wordt voldaan

een afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding in de richting van werktuigbouwkunde, civiele techniek of soortgelijk
FEM-Specialist
je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en initiatiefrijk
gedetailleerde berekeningen uitvoeren met behulp van handberekeningen en FEM-analyse;
een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
