Your tasks

De functie

Met betrekking tot proces inrichting, warehouse lay-out, mechanisering en automatisering ben jij diegene die nieuwe en bestaande logistieke oplossingen inricht voor onze vestiging Doorvoeren van innovaties welke moeten leiden tot verbeteringen binnen de logistieke, operationele en relevante administratieve processen Door gebruik te maken van lean technieken, het toepassen van interne internationale programma's en jouw inzicht en kennis op het gebied van verandermanagement los jij iedere dag logistieke knelpunten op Kijkend naar het logistieke proces bied jij zelfstandig en/of in een projectteam innovatieve oplossingen ter verhoging van de efficiency en kwaliteit van de vestiging Verrichten van kwaliteitsanalyses via root cause, 8D of 6 Sigma en verzorgen van de kwaliteitsdocumenten en/ of procedures Zorg dragen voor het planmatig aanleveren van de management- & stuurrapportages met betrekking tot voorraad, product- en proceskwaliteit Samenstellen van procedures en werkinstructies en trainen van de betrokken medewerkers Je brengt de wensen van de klant en de operatie in kaart en zorgt ervoor dat de aanwezige kennis en expertise binnen de vestiging wordt aangeboord om onze missie de beste te willen zijn te verwezenlijken

Requirements

Wij vragen

Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde HBO opleiding richting Logistiek en Economie, of een soortgelijke opleiding Je hebt 1 tot 2 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie Je kunt projectmatig werken en projecten zelfstandig leiden. Door deze resultaatgerichte aanpak breng je projecten tot een goed einde Je bent klantgericht, hebt overtuigingskracht en een hands-on mentaliteit Je bent cijfermatig en analytisch goed onderlegd en bent expert in het werken met Excel Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
