Manage the EMEA team(s) responsible for Accounts Payable and Cash & Bank Improve processes to get more efficient as a team Implement the right Checks and balances Dashboard to show improvements
Processed invoices and cost reportsTimely and correctly posting documentsMaintain approval flows and chase approvers to prevent ageing Monitor ageing and credit notes in the balance listGoal : Reduce Urgent Payments Month end close, in cooperation with accounting Pay invoices in time and in an automated way Cash forecast short-, mid- and long term.
