What are you going to do?
In this role as Product Owner (PO), you will be part of the wider IT Delivery Team and report to the IT Delivery Manager. As the owner of the API, Infrastructure & DevOps workstream, you will be responsible for leading the development, maintenance and optimization of these items within our organisation. As part of this role you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the business in the UK & EU, defining, prioritising & delivering high-quality products and services that meet the needs of our business.
This role as a subject matter expert (SME) requires you to take ownership of the end to end delivery. The key responsibilities in this role include:
Defining clear objectives and priorities for the development of APIs, infrastructure and DevOps processes.Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technology solutions.Identify and manage risks and challenges associated with the development and implementation of these systems.Lead sprint planning sessions and backlog refinement to ensure team activities are aligned with the overarching strategy and objectives.Continually review and improve processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Act as a bridge between technical teams and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.Maintain a high level of technical expertise and keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in API, infrastructure and DevOps practices.In short, as Product Owner of the API, infrastructure and DevOps workflow, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technological future of our organisation and delivering value to our customers and stakeholders.Who are we?

Do you posess the following Tools?
Availability for 40 hours per week and based in the Netherlands;At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in the Netherlands as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment;Deep understanding of API design principles, architecture, Cloud infrastructure and DevOps, with a technical background and understanding of key development methodologies such as SAFe;Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to prioritise competing requirements and make data-driven decisions;Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is appreciated;Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at various management levels, including fluent English;Analytical thinking skills and a process-driven mindset, with commercial acumen and proficiency in analysing and using various tools and applications.We offer you the follwing Tools:
