Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

Als HRIS Manager speel je een cruciale rol bij het waarborgen van het efficiënte beheer en gebruik van HR-gegevens en informatiesystemen. Deze positie ondersteunt het succes van onze wereldwijde HR-praktijk en de intensieve groei van onze internationale organisatie, door data-driven besluitvorming mogelijk te maken, de data-integriteit te verzekeren, en door human resources-processen te faciliteren d.m.v. een robuuste en toekomstbestendige HRIS-omgeving. Je maakt deel uit van het wereldwijde HR-team, rapporteert aan de CHRO en werkt samen met verschillende interne en externe counterparts om onze HRIS-functionaliteit te optimaliseren en uit te breiden.

Verantwoordelijkheden

1. HR Data Management

Toezien op de verzameling, organisatie, uitwisseling en het bijhouden van verschillende HR-gegevens, waarbij de nauwkeurigheid en consistentie van gegevens tussen systemen en locaties wordt gewaarborgd; regelmatig gegevensaudits en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren om discrepanties op te sporen en corrigerende maatregelen te implementeren.

2. HRIS Ownership

Fungeren als de primaire eigenaar van het HRIS-platform, inclusief beheer, configuratie, maatwerk en probleemoplossing; samenwerken met IT-teams of leveranciers om de systeemfunctionaliteit te garanderen, technische problemen op te lossen en updates, verbeteringen, migraties of nieuwe platformen te implementeren; het bieden of faciliteren van eindgebruikersondersteuning en training aan HR-personeel en andere medewerkers over het gebruik van HRIS.

3. Rapportage en Analyse

Ontwikkelen van metrics, gestandaardiseerde rapporten en dashboards ter ondersteuning van data-driven besluitvorming; HR-gegevens analyseren om trends, inzichten en opportuniteiten voor procesverbetering te identificeren; ad-hocrapporten genereren voor HR-leiderschap en andere stakeholders.

4. Compliance en Data Security

Garanderen dat HR-gegevens voldoen aan de wereldwijde regelgeving voor gegevensbescherming en intern beleid; samenwerken met informatiebeveiligings- en complianceteams om de privacy en beveiliging van gegevens te beheren; de vertrouwelijkheid van gegevens handhaven en toegangscontroles implementeren.

5. Procesverbetering

Opportuniteiten identificeren om globale HR-processen te stroomlijnen en de efficiëntie te verbeteren via HRIS; HRIS-verbeteringsprojecten aansturen, incl. requirements gathering en testen.

6. Documentatie en Training

HRIS-procedures, -processen en best practices documenteren; gebruikerstraining geven over functionaliteiten en aanpassingen.

Profiel:

Een hogere opleiding in Human Resources, Information Systems, Bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd vakgebied; enkele jaren aantoonbare ervaring in HR-datamanagement en HRIS-administratie en -implementatie, bij voorkeur in grotere en complexe multinationale omgevingen; vertrouwd met verschillende soorten HRIS, b.v. personeelsdossierbeheer, loonverwerking, talentbeheer, comp & ben-administratie, tijdregistratie, zelfbedieningsportalen, analytics en reporting, systeemintegratie enz.; kennis over de regelgeving op het gebied van gegevensbescherming en ?beveiliging; sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden met het vermogen om betekenisvolle inzichten uit HR-data te extraheren en te visualiseren (bijv. Tableau); uitstekende communicatieve (EN, NDL) en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden om effectief samen te werken met verschillende interne en externe collega's; detailgericht en toegewijd aan de nauwkeurigheid, integriteit, vertrouwelijkheid en ethische omgang met gevoelige gegevens; projectcoördinatievaardigheden en het vermogen om meerdere taken en deadlines effectief te beheren; bereid om regelmatig te navigeren tussen bedrijfssites, voornamelijk in Nederland, België en Groot-Brittannië, eventueel verder in West-Europa en VS.
