Dit ga je doen
Als Financial Controller werk je nauw samen met je collega's van Financial Control en Business Control. De belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheid is het waarborgen van tijdige en nauwkeurige rapportage van de juridische entiteiten, zowel aan Corporate als in overeenstemming met lokale vereisten. Je draagt bij aan het verbeteren van processen en drijft verbeteringen binnen de organisatie.
In je dagelijkse taken zul je:
- Verantwoordelijk zijn voor een tijdige, volledige en nauwkeurige maandafsluiting
- Maandafsluitingsactiviteiten uitvoeren in lijn met IFRS en de boekhoudrichtlijnen van onze opdrachtgever en nieuwe boekhoud- en rapportagevereisten implementeren in systemen en processen
- Naleving van bedrijfsbeleid en richtlijnen alsook lokale wetten en regelgeving en BTW waarborgen
- Financiële journaalposten voorbereiden en aanpassen, zoals overlopende posten, uitstelposten, herclassificaties en interdepartementale posten in het grootboek van het bedrijf
- Rekeninganalyses uitvoeren om ervoor te zorgen dat posten en saldi correct zijn
- Maandelijks grootboek reconciliëren om te waarborgen dat alle boekingen nauwkeurig zijn en transacties gerapporteerd worden in overeenstemming met boekhoudnormen en overheidsvoorschriften

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, voldoe je aan de volgende kwalificaties:
- Een bachelor in Bedrijfseconomie en/of Bedrijfskunde
- Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een projectgestuurd bedrijf
- Analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden
- Gevorderde ERP-kennis, weet data om te zetten in managementinformatie
- Vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Engels (gesproken en geschreven)
- Uitstekende vaardigheden in MS-Office, vooral Excel
- Hands-on mentaliteit, dynamisch, enthousiast en oplossingsgericht
