Je rol:

In deze functie zul je streven naar positieve klantervaringen, door de verzoeken voor klantspecifieke producten op de meest efficiënte manier aan te bieden en in te laten kopen.

Je bouwt relaties op met leveranciers, onderhandelt over kosten en ontwikkelt overeenkomsten die ons uiteindelijk helpen te groeien. Daar laat je het echter niet bij, je onderhandelt over deze overeenkomsten op basis van Total Cost of Ownership, waarbij je zorgt voor een gegarandeerd kwaliteitsniveau, voorziet in meest optimale hoeveelheden en leveringsschema's. 

De samenwerking met andere afdelingen zoals verkoop binnen- en buitendienst, logistiek, technologie en corporate procurement op het hoofdkantoor in Tilburg is essentieel.

Omdat je de beste oplossing wilt bieden investeer je proactief in het begrijpen van de lokale markten en cultuur. Jij zoekt actief naar mogelijkheden om efficiëntie te verbeteren, je biedt ondersteuning bij verbeterprojecten en strategische/kritische projecten. Uiteraard doe je dit alles volgens onze compliance normen. 

Je collega's zijn Sourcing Specialisten en Buyer/Planners die zich richten op de fastener business. Jij maakt deel uit van de het landenteam Nederland en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Supervisor Local Procurement Nederland. Je zult samen met hen werken in Tilburg, maar gedeeltelijk werken vanuit je thuiskantoor behoort tot de mogelijkheden.

Je kennis en vaardigheden

Je vindt het leuk om met mensen te werken en beschikt over goede analytische vaardigheden en een objectieve mindset;

Jij bent in staat om zowel vanuit het klant- als verkoopperspectief te handelen, met leveranciers te onderhandelen over voorkeursvoorwaarden en de eisen van de klant af te wegen tegen de inkoopcapaciteiten en -mogelijkheden;

Ruime werkervaring en affiniteit met de inkoop van technische producten;

Bachelordiploma (of gelijkwaardige ervaring);

Inkoop- of sourcingervaring evenals relevante product-/marktkennis is welkom; 

Je bent een gesprekspartner op verschillende niveaus en weet te overtuigen, te "challengen" door je vasthoudende persoonlijkheid en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;

Effectief kunnen communiceren in het Nederlands en Engels met een diverse groep stakeholders;
