Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
In deze rol voer je verschillende soorten (assurance) audits, onderzoeken ter verkrijging van inzichten voor het management en advieswerkzaamheden uit. Je bent een ervaringsdeskundige en het is voor jou vanzelfsprekend om je collega’s mee te nemen in jouw kennis en ervaring.
Verder bestaan je werkzaamheden uit:
In overleg met de relevante stakeholders opstellen van auditplannen voor de uit te voeren audits, inclusief risicoanalyse, scoping, normenkaders, werkzaamheden en planning; Een bijdrage leveren aan het opstellen van de internal audit strategie, het audit meerjarenplan, de kwartaalrapportages en de jaarlijkse managementletter; Fungeren als sparringpartner voor de business bij het identificeren van potentiële verbeteringen op het gebied van onder andere risicobeheersing, efficiëntie en effectiviteit.
Jouw team
Het team bestaat uit de Manager Internal Audit, een senior IT Auditor en een Senior Internal Auditor. Het doel is om het team verder uit te breiden met onder andere een digital/data specialist. De collega’s in het team zijn proactieve en energieke mensen die sterk in hun schoenen staan en een positief kritische houding hanteren. Daarnaast is humor en informele omgang met elkaar vanzelfsprekend. Leren en ontwikkelen staan hoog in het vaandel in dit team, waardoor je het maximale uit jezelf kunt blijven halen. Je maakt dus onderdeel uit van een team met veel kennis en passie voor het vak.
