Functiebeschrijving

Als Quality Specialist voer je het beleid van de organisatie uit, zodat deze voldoet aan de kwaliteitseisen die worden gesteld. Hierbij handel je vanuit interne kwaliteitseisen, certificeringen, wetgeving en naar wens van de klant. Je houdt toezicht op het naleven van wettelijke kaders (compliance), doordat je aandacht besteedt aan het creëren van draagvlak voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Met een 5-tal collega's werk je samen en je rapporteert aan de QSHE manager.

Verder ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het coördineren van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsbeleid
  • Onderhoud van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem
  • Uitvoering van interne audits en begeleiden van externe audits
  • Afhandelen klachten/opmerkingen van klanten
  • Het opstellen en controleren van HACCP-risicoanalyses
  • Deelnemen aan projecten voor product- en kwaliteitsverbeteringen

Functie-eisen

Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar iemand die nauwgezet en doelgericht werkt. Iemand die daadkrachtig en communicatief sterk is en bezit over een hand-on mentaliteit. 

Wij zoeken iemand die:

  • Fulltime beschikbaar is(40 uur), parttime in overleg mogelijk (32 uur)
  • Een HBO-diploma heeft, met een kwaliteitsmanagement achtergrond of specifiek vakgerichte opleiding
  • 3-5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie meebrengt
  • Over goede MS Office vaardigheden bezit
  • Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift beheerst
