What You’ll Do:
The Warehouse Lead is part of the Operations team and reports into the Warehouse Supervisor Solution oriented, you think outside the box to solve problems and are the kind of person that roles up sleeves, committed to getting the job done on time Train/instruct new employees on the job Monitor employees productivity and behaviors Solve process/product issues if necessary Give advice to the Supervisor of progress of the trained employees Support employees and leading hand in terms of productivity measurements Act as subject matter expert (SME) of the (sub) departmental processes Administer / register new trained employees (MS Office) Execute departmental tasks when not coaching employeesYou’ll Need to Have:
Knowledge WMI (Manhattan is preferred) Vocational (MBO) level (both work as educational experience) Knowledge of the English Language (verbal and written), any additional language is a plus Proficient in MS office in order to document and report results Able to accurately communicate and connect to people Willingness to work in shifts Pro-active and result driven to reach departmental targets Team-playing and leading by example so optimal usage of the employees is maintained Capability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment Motivate and coach a team in order to achieve Department targetsWe’d Love to See:
