Over de functie:

Als Teamlead Logistics bij UltiMaker sta je aan het roer van ons logistieke team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van output- en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen, terwijl je continu werkt aan de ontwikkeling van je team en de verbetering van onze processen. Jouw leiderschap en expertise zullen direct bijdragen aan het succes van onze innovatieve 3D-printers en add-ons.

Wat ga je doen:

- Leidinggeven aan het Production Warehouse en EMEA Trade Warehouse team, inclusief talentontwikkeling

- Opstellen en opvolgen van plannen voor continue procesverbetering

- Wekelijks rapporteren over afdelingsdoelstellingen (output, kwaliteit, efficiency, voorraadbetrouwbaarheid)

- Zorgen voor naleving van beleid, werkinstructies en SLA's

- Actief deelnemen aan Lean projecten

- Verzuimbegeleiding binnen logistiek

- Administratieve taken uitvoeren in Office en ERP-systemen

Wat breng je mee:

- HBO werk- en denkniveau

- > 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in Logistics

- Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en ervaring met people management

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificering

- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands, Engels is een pre

- Ervaring met MS Office en ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur Dynamics 365)

- Vermogen om effectief samen te werken met diverse teams en culturen

- Bewezen track record in het implementeren van lean logistics principes

- Ervaring met het leiden van verbeteringsprojecten en change management
