Als Stagiair Projectmanagement ondersteun je de projectmanagers in het team die de
verbindende schakel zijn tussen het creatieve team, de klant en andere betrokken partijen.
Jij helpt structuur aan te brengen in de snel bewegende omgeving en zorgt ervoor dat
projecten van briefing tot oplevering soepel verlopen. Of het nu gaat om het opstellen van
planningen of het coördineren van verschillende teams, jij houdt het overzicht en werkt
probleemoplossend.
Wat ga je doen?
Je leert om projecten van A tot Z te begeleiden, van briefing tot oplevering. Van always on content, tot video/social campagnes.
Plannen en coördineren van het werk voor een multidisciplinair team.
- Zorgen voor een strakke planning en een efficiënte verdeling van middelen.
- Leren om budgetten en projecturen te bewaken, en erop toezien dat alles binnen de marges blijft.
- Actief bijdragen aan een goede sfeer en communicatie binnen het team.
- Projectmanagers in het team ondersteunen met klantcontact om briefings op te halen, updates te geven of feedback te verzamelen.
Functie-eisen
Jouw profiel:
- HBO of WO student op zoek naar werkervaring, géén onderzoeksstage.
- Je hebt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en weet altijd het overzicht te bewaren.
- Je bent een aanpakker (horeca ervaring is een pre).
- Je hebt goede communicatie- en people skills, zowel intern als richting de klant.
- Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands.
- Affiniteit met creatieve projecten en (pop)cultuur is een pluspunt.
