Junior Project Manager

We are currently looking for junior project managers for one of our clients in the Hague. They help some of the biggest IT companies in the world modernize their IT infrastructure and optimize their security across different platforms. They are rapidly expanding their teams in the Netherlands and are looking for junior project managers to join them onboard

Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial constraints.

- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively implementing solutions for project success.

- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and resource utilization to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Facilitate effective team collaboration, fostering a positive and productive working environment.

- Stay updated on industry best practices, incorporating innovations into project strategies

- Manage client, company, and project team expectations by tracking project metrics and recommending adjustments based on performance

Requirements:

Ideally 1 or 2 years of experience with project management in IT, but if you just finished your studies and you are looking for your first job, we also encourage you to apply Knowledge of basic IT concepts and principles Fluent Dutch and English skills
