Forkift driver dayshift

You will work at a specialized company that focuseson pet food. The working environment is clean and highly automated,with an informal and friendly atmosphere where colleagues interactin a friendly manner. The temperature in the workplace can varyfrom cool to warm. In total, approximately 70 employees work at thelocation in Ittervoort. The organization is conveniently locatedand easily accessible from cities such as Roermond, Weert, Venlo,Peel en Maas, Stein and Sittard-Geleen.

Are you an experienced forklift driver looking for agreat new opportunity? We have a great opportunity at a productioncompany in the Ittervoort region You will become part of an activeteam that is responsible for both inbound and outbound activities.In this role you ensure that all pet food gets to the right place,both in the warehouse and on the production line.

As a forklift driver you play an important role in receivingand preparing animal food. Every day you are responsible forreceiving and moving pallets with cans of wet food. You closelymonitor sales orders, load and unload pallets from and to trucksand containers, and ensure that everything is efficientlytransferred to the production line. You are also responsible forthe organized storage of goods in the warehouse.

Your duties will include unloading cans into the freezer room,handling pallets outside and organizing the warehouse. In otherwords, it is a varied position where no day is the same

This job is from Monday to Friday, in the dayshift from 8:30 am to 4 am. It is important that you are flexibleand available, if necessary, during colleagues' leave orholidays.

This position offers a lot ofresponsibility and there are opportunities to grow into otherpositions if you are interested.

• A valid forkliftcertificate;
• Good command of the Dutch and/orEnglish language;
• Team player with an eye fordetail;
• Willingness to unload both cans andmeat;
• It is also preferable that you arefamiliar with Excel, as you will use it in your dailytasks.

• A salary between €14,- and €16,- gross perhour, excluding shift bonus;
• An end-of-yearbonus of 6% on top of your hourly wage;
