ASML is 's werelds grootste producent van hoogwaardige chipmachines. Deze zogenaamde 'lithografiemachines' zijn in staat microchips te produceren, waarmee digitale systemen kunnen worden aangestuurd. Denk hierbij aan de processor van je laptop of de geheugenkaart van je smartphone. Eigenlijk alles wat digitaal is, wordt aangestuurd door een (micro)chip. Lithografiemachines worden wereldwijd afgenomen door bedrijven als,

bijvoorbeeld, Samsung, Apple, of Intel. ASML is toonaangevend in de hightechindustrie en wordt gekenmerkt als één van de belangrijkste bedrijven in de moderne technologie.

Functieomschrijving

Als Engineer bij ASML ga jij, samen met een team van kundige Engineers, de allernieuwste chipmachines van ASML bouwen. Dit zijn chipmachines die wereldwijd veel aanzien zal generen op het gebied van chipproductie. Deze machine wordt gebouwd volgens een productieproces waarbij deze opgesplitst wordt in meerdere minimachines (modules), waardoor de doorlooptijd wordt verkort.

Eenmaal gekwalificeerd, worden deze minimachines intern getransporteerd naar een bouwcabine. In deze cabines wordt elke minimachinese opgebouwd en samengevoegd tot een volledig functionele machine. Dit gehele systeem wordt geassembleerd, getest en gekwalificeerd voordat het wordt gedemonteerd en de cleanroom verlaat richting de klant.

  • Prioriteren en plannen om de voortgang van zowel productie als levertijd te optimaliseren
  • Assembleren en installeren en van super geavanceerde modules die de ASML machine vormen
  • Zorgvuldige afwerken van de machine om zowel mechanisch als elektrotechnisch gebied
  • Kennis en vaardigheden delen met je collega's door periodiek te overleggen

Functie-eisen
  • Je hebt een mbo diploma behaald in een technische richting zoals Avionica, maar het mag ook zijn in de richting van Werktuigbouwkunde, Autotechniek, Automotive, Mechatronica of vergelijkbaar
  • Bij voorkeur heb je al ervaring binnen de techniek. Bijvoorbeeld als automonteur of als in een andere functies waarin je gewend bent om te sleutelen
  • Je spreekt zowel Nederlands als Engels

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Uiteraard wordt je uitgebreid ingewerkt en ga je middels trainingen én 'learning-on-the-job' alle nodige kennis opdoen om zelfstandig te kunnen werken
  • Ook krijg je veel ruimte voor eigen input en mag je in projectgroepen werken om verbeteringen te realiseren
  • Je gaat daarnaast ongeveer  € 3.800 - €4.100 (afhankelijk van ervaring) bruto per maand verdienen en je gaat werken in 2 ploegen.
  • De reiskostenvergoeding bedraagt € 0,21 netto per kilometer
