Your responsibilities include
As a Procurement Assistant intern, you will work closely with our procurement team to support various procurement activities aimed at optimizing our supply chain and reducing costs. This assignment is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in supplier management, contract negotiations, and procurement analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Support procurement team in soliciting bids and assist in identifying potential suppliers and conducting market research to assess their capabilities and offerings.Assist in analyzing procurement requirements and identifying cost-saving opportunities through bulk purchasing or alternative sourcing strategiesPrepare reports and presentations summarizing procurement activities, cost savings initiatives, and supplier performance metrics for management review.Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts, including terms and conditions, pricing agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs).Support the implementation of procurement analytics tools and dashboards to enhance decision-making capabilities.

Your background, qualification, and skills 

Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proficiency in both English and Dutch Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
