(Senior) Manager - B2B practice In the Netherlands - Amsterdam

We are looking for a Manager or Senior Manager(3-6 years tenure) with experience in the B2B practice to join us. Leverageyour personality and industry expertise to support further building our company.Once you’re familiar with our methods and approach, you will be able to manageyour own projects.

The team in Amsterdam is known for theirentrepreneurship and collaborative office culture. The B2B practice inAmsterdam consists of 15-20 people who focus on large and mid-marketorganizations in chemicals, ingredients, construction, wholesale, technology,logistics and business services.

How you will create an impact:
  • Lead multiple high-impact projects in the B2B space, developing top-line and growth strategies for our clients
  • Apply your problem-solving and strategic thinking to develop marketing,sales, and pricing strategies for leading businesses to help them scale
  • Become a project manager in our projects and in take on responsibility for guiding and mentoring junior colleagues
  • Be involved from day one at the client: from the first contact with the client until the final presentation of our recommendations
  • Drive business development by serving as the industry expert on highly innovative and analytical projects
  • Help build a brand for Simon-Kucher in the B2B community by participating in forums, writing blog posts, and defining the overall strategy for our team
Your profile:
  • You have consulting experience (3 years or more) which enables you to quickly develop the core consulting skills in our competency areas
  • You potentially have experience outside of Consulting, for example as a business development manager or strategy manager, in the B2B sector (for instance chemicals/ingredients, construction/wholesale, logistics, and business services) in our competency areas: commercial strategy, marketing, pricing, and sales
  • You have a passion for commercial growth topics and combine that with strong analytical and communication skills
  • You strive for the best results and enjoy working in teams
  • You are entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, curious, and with a great drive
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch
