The Infosys Entertainment Services platform is a multi-screen video platform in use by telco’s and cable operators in 7+ EU countries. We deliver (broadcast) TV, radio and related video services on STB, Mobile, SmartTV, Web and tablets enjoyed by millions of consumers on a daily basis.

We are looking for a Product Owner Advanced Advertising that will manage the ongoing product development of the Advanced Advertising product to join our Entertainment Product management team in Amsterdam. You will support the Product Manager to execute on the vision, develop the commercial proposition and maximise the benefit of the Advanced Advertising product across existing and new markets. You will work in close collaboration at a group and local level with clients, product, design, development, delivery, operations, privacy and content functions. You are the expert and internal consultant in the field of addressable advertising. You will co-lead on the definition of product requirements and contribute to ongoing product improvements in close collaboration with other Entertainment Platform product owners and managers.

Your role

In the role of a Product Owner, you will

· Co-lead the roadmapping, product development and deployment of Advanced Advertising services across 7+ EU markets.

· Represent the voice of the consumer and content owners to achieve the best-in-class advertising product experience and performance

· Collaborate with key customers, vendor partners and technology delivery teams to define and develop meaningful industry-leading products and propositions that support the needs of our clients.

· Translate business and consumer needs into product requirements and prioritize in the Product Roadmap

· Act as Product Owner into the agile development and delivery process to drive successful product launches 

· Track Key Performance Indicators for the Advanced Advertising services across the markets

· Follow market developments and trends and be aware of industry best practises to drive product innovation

· Ensure the Advanced Advertising products comply with local legal and regulatory obligations

· Contribute to product documentation and progress reporting towards internal and external stakeholders

· Sign-off on product implementations and verify compliance with requirements before the product is released to the markets.

· Contribute to Technical and Operational Field trials before commercial launch of the product

· Support product demonstrations for external and internal audiences to communicate the benefits of the solution

· Act pro-actively, instigate improvements and encourage best practises across markets with the objective to drive product ownership. 

Requirements

Required

· Education at University degree level in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in the entertainment/content, TV/media or digital/online arena with a strong emphasis on product and service development.

· Experience with agile software development practices (e.g., scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile) and tools 

· Skilled in working on the intersection of business and technology

· Track record in customer centricity and customer focused technology innovation

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

· Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority 

· Proven ability to balance conflicting priorities and make critical decisions

Preferred

· Experience in CATV / OTT technologies, DTV and VOD/ReplayTV, Middleware platforms and Video Delivery services

· Experience in addressable and targeted advertising services and solutions for TV platforms

· Experience in privacy rules and regulations (GDPR)

· Experience in partnering with UX teams to design great solutions
