As a Social Media Manager, you'll work closely with our marketing, content creation, advertisement, sales, and customer success teams. You’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Spotler’s social media strategy to boost our online presence, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement through strategic content and campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our marketing objectives.
  • Analyze competition and market trends to identify opportunities and capitalize on them.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create, curate, and manage publications (text, images, optionally video) that are engaging and relevant to our audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as design and copywriting to develop compelling content.

Community Management:

  • Manage and respond to interactions with followers and fans on social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain an active and engaged online community.

Campaigns and Promotion:

  • Provide content for paid campaigns to achieve specific goals such as lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor the performance of social media channels and campaigns using analytical tools.
  • Prepare reports and analyses to evaluate the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

Innovation and Trends:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in social media.
  • Experiment with new features and platforms to find innovative ways to promote the brand.

Experience:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices (especially LinkedIn and Instagram).
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset and eye for design.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent command of the dutch language.
