The Opportunity:

Avantor is op zoek naar een Quality Assurance Officer om ons team in Tilburg of Hillegom te versterken Als QA Officer bij Avantor Fluid Handling ben je de verbinding tussen de QA-afdeling en de medewerkers die in onze cleanrooms single use assemblies in elkaar zetten en onze hardware systemen ontwikkelen op de locaties in Hillegom en Tilburg.

Je werkt als onderdeel van ons enthousiaste en nieuwe QA en QC team mee aan het leveren van innovatieve producten aan onze klanten in de Farmaceutische en Biotechnologische industrie. Je focus ligt hierbij op operationele kwaliteit en je denkt hierbij mee met productie, zonder jouw kritische blik te verliezen. Je staat in deze rol ook in voor het beheer van kwaliteitssystemen en het proces van vrijgeven van assemblages.

Je werkt in deze functie van maandag tot en met vrijdag op locatie in Tilburg of Hillegom. Je zal een aantrekkelijk salarispakket ontvangen inclusief 13de maand, bonus en pensioenplan. Je krijgt bij opstart een contract van 1 jaar dat omgezet zal worden naar een vast contract na een positieve evaluatie.

Het team

Je werkt binnen Quality nauw samen met de Quality Inspectors, Quality Engineers en rapporteert aan de QA Supervisor.

Wat we zoeken

Opleiding : relevante MBO/HBO opleiding. Ervaring : je hebt ten minste 1-2 jaar ervaring in een QA/QC rol of relevante ervaring in de (bio-) farmaceutische industrie. Talenkennis : je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in Nederlands en Engels. IT skills : je bent bekwaam in Microsoft Office, met name Word en Excel. Kennis van ERP-systemen is een voordeel. Ervaring in het aanmaken en verwerken van Batch Records is een pré. Praktische kennis en begrip van kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen (ISO 9001, GMP). Ervaring binnen een GMP omgeving en cleanroom ervaring is wenselijk. Je hebt oog voor detail en kwaliteit en streeft naar continue verbetering en toont initiatief. Je bent gemotiveerd en resultaatgericht en in staat om goed prioriteiten te stellen.

Hoe je zal groeien en een impact zal maken

Aanmaken van Batch Records, labels en certificaten. Batch Record review en vrijgeven van eindproducten (single use assemblies). Planning en uitvoering van Gemba walks. Uitvoeren van interne audits. Beheer van en subject matter expert voor Non-conformities, Deviaties, Change Notificaties en CAPA’s. Verbeteren van het QMS op productiegebied waaronder documentatie. Meedenken en support leveren aan de productie afdeling op het gebied van kwaliteit en kwaliteitsbesef. Ondersteunen van validatieprocessen voor equipment.
