Functieomschrijving:

In de functie van program manager heb je een tweeledige focus: intern gericht op de productie en extern gericht op je klant. 

Intern ligt de focus op het realiseren van de door jouw gestelde kwartaaldoelstellingen. In deze allround functie zorg je voor een continue verbetering en optimalisatie van processen. Hierbij sta je nauw in contact met de productie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor verbeter- / optimalisatie projecten op alle aspecten van het productieproces: kwaliteit, logistiek, technologie en kosten (QLTC). Deze projecten zijn ondersteunend aan je hoofddoel: een tijdige levering van kwalitatief hoogstaande producten aan je klant. Als program manager ben je tevens in een vroeg stadium betrokken bij nieuwe projecten. Samen met de projectleider zorg je dat nieuwe projecten passen binnen de QLTC eisen op jouw afdeling zodat je van ieder nieuwe project samen met je team een groot succes kunt maken. 

Extern richting de klant zorg je dat je een up-to-date beeld heeft van de wensen van de klant met betrekking tot het programma. Je onderhoudt de contacten met de klant. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt. Je inventariseert vragen en zorgt voor de juiste focus en opvolging binnen onze organisatie. Door je van nature aanwezige interesse en betrokkenheid weet je wat er bij je klant speelt en wat dit voor jouw afdeling betekent op korte, middel en lange termijn. Commerciële uitdagingen ga je niet uit de weg en in overleg met de account manager werk je aan uitbreiding van de activiteiten voor dat betreffende programma.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een technische HBO / WO opleiding;
  • Je hebt daarnaast 5+ jaar relevante werkervaring opgedaan;
  • Je hebt ervaring met: mechatronica, assemblage van complexere producten, Lean Manufacturing, kwaliteitsprogramma’s;
  • Daarnaast ben je besluitvaardig, communicatief en motiverend;
  • Je beschikt over een stevige dosis ondernemerschap;
  • Je bent een teamspeler, pro actief en accuraat.
