Our Amsterdam team is looking for support for our HR team starting September 1st Are you ready for a new challenge where you ensure that our team enjoys coming to work every day? In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with all team members and be the primary point of contact for HR inquiries. Your core responsibilities are outlined below but may vary based on your experience and qualifications.

How you will create an impact:
  • In this versatile role, you are responsible for ensuring a seamless on-and offboarding experience for our employees. Collaborating with our Recruitment Coordinator, you ensure that each new colleague receives a warm welcome and gets off to a great start. When employees decide to leave, you ensure a pleasant and professional conclusion to their time with us.

  • You are our go-to person in HR, providing support throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Whether it's contracts, vacation days, or special requests like visa applications, you make sure that everything is meticulously arranged.
  • You keep the overview of all mutations and salary changes and make sure they are implemented timely and accurately, ensuring our employees receive their well-deserved salaries on time.
  • Working closely with our Learning & Development team, you keep a close eye on developments in both local and international curricula, ensuring our employees always have access to relevant training programs.
  • During busy times, you provide support to our Recruitment Coordinator in attracting top talent in the market.
  • Together with the HR Manager and Sr HR Coordinator you continuously optimize our HR processes to ensure our colleagues have nothing to worry about.
Your profile:
  • You are available from September 1st onwards, for a minimum of 32 hours per week
  • You have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • You have a flexible mindset and can easily adapt
  • You have a keen eye for detail and demonstrate sound judgement
  • You enjoy working collaboratively in a team but are also self-starting
  • You have a high standard of integrity and are a trustworthy person
  • You possess knowledge of all standard MS software such as Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • You have a completed HBO-degree; ideally with a focus on HR
  • Previous HR work experience or experience with SAP is a plus
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written
