What we ask

Available for a duration of 6 months. Enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and knowledge, as well for understanding different technical systems and production methods. Technical background or affinity. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with an eye for detail in execution. Independent self-starter who works autonomously but also as part of multidisciplinary teams. Flexible, stress resistant and structured. Communicative at all levels (verbally and in writing English; Dutch can be helpful). Positive and optimistic, with a can-do attitude. Affinity with coffee is a preference. Basic understanding of dashboard tools like Power BI or such is a pré.

The team is open and collaborative and has a strong ambition and drive. You will be exposed to different cultures and contexts and will be able to help build and grow the team and organization as such.
