Technician

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician (2 Shifts),you will take on a challenging role. You will be responsible forresolving breakdowns and performing preventive maintenance oninstallations. In addition, you will work on new construction andexpansion projects in the field of electrical engineering, ensuringoperational reliability and safety. In this role, youwill:

• Resolve breakdowns in (parts of)the installations based on reports from production, ensuring saferesumption of work and minimaldowntime.
• Identify the causes of malfunctionsand perform emergency repairs.
• Conduct periodicinspections of electrical and utility installations to identifyunsafe situations promptly and take correctiveactions.
• Assess the maintenance condition andperform corrective maintenance.
• Maintain theelectrical, measurement, and control systems of all installations,as well as the process automation system (PLC), through maintenanceand repairs.
• Perform preparatory and executivetasks for modifications, extensions, revisions, and newconstruction projects, such as laying/connecting cable networks,switchboards, electromotors, etc., following the specifications inthe work orders.

Considering the technical challenges ahead and thelevel of responsibility involved, we expect you to have at leastcompleted an MBO 3-level education in Electrical Engineering orhave a similar background. Additionally, youare:

• Proficient in troubleshootingPLCs (Siemens S7 / Tia portal).
• Bothindependent and capable of effectiveteamwork.
• Analytical and able to draw quickconclusions in any breakdown or maintenancesituation.
• Proactive and focused on improvingtechnical installations.
• Resilient and adept athandling ad-hoc machine breakdowns.
• Willing towork in 2 shifts

• A base salary starting from €3000,- grossper month (excluding a 16% shift allowance), so the more experienceyou bring, the higher your startingsalary.
