Bij Boels Industrial zijn we gespecialiseerd in tijdelijk licht-, lucht-, of stroomvoorzieningen, gereedschap, hef- en hijsmaterialen én lasmachines voor de grotere industriële industrie. Jouw toekomstige collega’s bij Boels Industrial zijn expert op het gebied van onderhoudstops en turnarounds waarbij veiligheid één van onze top prioriteringen is. Vanuit onze locatie Rotterdam Europoort zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega in de rol van Health & Safety manager. Hierin ben jij eindverantwoordelijke voor ons strategisch en operationeel H&S beleid NL/ BE en DE, alle afdelingen en gehele organisatie Boels Industrial. 
Als manager Health & Safety bij Boels Industrial ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van risico inventarisaties, het opstellen van veiligheidsinstructies, het uitvoeren van veiligheidsinspecties, maken van trendanalyses en ongevalsonderzoeken. In deze rol ben je in Nederland, België & Duitsland actief met jouw team. Zowel tijdens projecten op onze klantlocaties als binnen de vestigingen van onze eigen organisatie. Naast Nederland hebben wij ook vestigingen in Antwerpen, Bottrop en Hamburg. Tijdens jouw werkzaamheden fungeer je als sparringpartner, binnen jouw vakgebied, voor iedere medewerker in de organisatie en draag je bij aan een cultuur waar een breed draagvlak is voor veiligheid en de processen. Je geeft leiding aan 2 H&S engineers en bouwt samen aan de H&S cultuur in de breedste zin des woords. Binnen Boels veranderen wij snel en willen wij ons veiligheidsbeleid verder professionaliseren, hier ga jij een belangrijke bijdrage aan leveren door middel van het verder uitwerken van ons beleid, maken van voorkomende analyses en rapportages, het ontwikkelen van procedures inclusief implementatie, borging en naleving hiervan binnen de gehele organisatie.
