Screening
This position requires a B screening with an average duration of 6-8 weeks.

Assignment description
The work will be carried out within the Program Management Department, part of the Logistics Center

Program Management carries out assortment management, whereby both the physical stock levels are determined, and the logistic master data is also managed in SAP.
As a service to be provided, it concerns the support in filling value for export classification of articles in SAP. It is estimated that there are approximately 100,000 articles.

The subcontractor must assign the export classification of articles based on standard outcomes that he/she draws up, supplemented with information from subject matter experts.
Actual change in SAP will have to take place via a mass change.

Background assignment
Items with an export restriction must have a value for export control classification in the item master data. This prevents unwanted transfer of articles and technology. This concerns both goods and 'dual-use' goods. In the past, the correct value classification was not always known or entered when entering article master data.

Candidate has demonstrable work experience with article master data in the field of export control classification, experience may not be older than 5 years. (5 years)
Candidate has demonstrable work experience with SAP. (2 years)
The candidate has at least a completed HBO education. (The candidate is in possession of a HBO diploma.)

Requirements
The candidate preferably has experience with Master data governance within SAP.
The candidate preferably has experience of logistics processes in an SAP environment.
The candidate has worked with export control data classification.
The candidate preferably has at least a completed HBO course in Business Administration IV and/or IV and/or ICT
