The HR SolutionsTotal Rewards Representative provides high quality consultation andbusiness process support to employees and leaders regarding TotalReward programs/services in the EMEAI region and is empowered toresolve HR inquiries on these subjects. The Total RewardsRepresentative plays a key role enabling HR business processes anddrives a best in class Employee Experience.
The HRS organization is responsible for the design anddelivery of innovative solutions to all employees and leaders. HRS roles will contain deep subject-matter expertise in orderto consult on programs, processes and people. The toppriority of HRS is to deliver the best Employee Experience throughexceptional delivery of a portfolio of solutions.
Dow’s HR Solutions has over 140 HRS colleagues in theregion from more than 20 different nationalities. This team designsand brings innovative people solutions to all employees and leadersbased in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India.
You will act as Subject matter expert for Total Rewardsinquiries, and act as the subject matter expert on end-to-endprocesses, anticipates patterns and links across HR disciplines,and will look beyond the immediate problem to the widerimplications. You will follow up on monthly TR processes such asdata providing to Payroll and TR vendors. You will perform thefollowing working activities:
- Provide consulting and support for all assigned inquiriesregarding Compensation and Benefit (C&B) programs, typically ona country level.
- Handling HR inquiries (viaphone, digital communication), identifying and delivering solutionsto employees and People leaders.
- Ensurehigh levels of customer service to employees.
- Assist in EMEAI C&B and cross disciplineprojects.
- Engages in maintainingdocumentation of operating policies, guidelines, andprocedures.
- Ensuring accurate and timelypayments to our TR vendors.
- Performactivities according to the Dow internal framework, includinginternal and external audits.
- Continuouslyimproves processes for efficiency and service.
- Create and maintain (compliance of)documentation of work processes, guidelines, and procedures.

- A minimum of a Bachelor degree in a related field (HR,Finance, Economics)
- Experience in the C&Bfield or HR or Finance administration is desirable
- Ability to effectively work through otherpeople and be collaborative, cross-functional and diplomatic
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiplepriorities and work with a sense of urgency in a highly dynamicenvironment
- Fluency in English and good verbaland reading skills in German.
- Experience withprocess automation tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate isan asset.
- Advanced knowledge of MicrosoftOffice applications, especially Excel, is required
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, orother HRIT systems.
- Strong analytical,innovative and problem-solving skills
- Strongability to work with complexity
- Worksindependently, is self-motivated and accountable
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines

- Availability of 40 hours per week
