Packaging Line Operator | Dayshift

Our client is a dynamic and youthful companyspecializing in the AGF sector. They are a European importerfocused on mangoes and avocados. The work atmosphere is informalwith short communication lines. Their expertise lies in receiving,ripening, packaging, and dispatching mangoes andavocados.

As an operator, your main responsibility is tooversee the packaging of mangoes and avocados according to customerspecifications. Subsequently, these yields are dispatched tosupermarkets. Within this role, you will operate machinery and alsosupervise production staff working alongside you on theline.

• Set up and adjust the netclipper or flowpack machines (performing light technicaltasks).
• Supervise productionworkers.
• Ensure the smooth operation of theproduction line.
• Troubleshoot and resolve anyissues that may arise.
• Perform additionalproduction tasks and maintain linecleanliness.

This is a full-time dayshift position starting at 6:45 AM, concluding around 4:00 PM, withthe possibility of extending hours for which you will receive a135% overtime bonus after 38 hours worked per week. Weekends areoff. However, it's important to note that the work environment iscold, with a temperature of 10 degrees Celsius, and you will beprovided with appropriate warm clothing.

• Experience as an operator in an AGFenvironment, preferably with experience in using a net clipper orflowpack machine.
• Good command of the Dutch orEnglish language.
• Leadershipqualities.
• Full-time availability, seeking apermanent position.
• Own transportation isessential.
• Residing in the Rotterdam, Den Haag,Zoetermeer, Bleiswijk area.

• Salary ranging from €2400 to €2900 grossper month, depending on age and experience.
