Responsibilities：

Work with the Creative Director to develop strong concepts and proactive visual solutions.

Work with the producer to adhere to workflow, project tracking, timelines, budgeting.

The creation of game marketing videos for main marketing beats, social, broadcast and web.

In-game video capture.

Creation of motion graphics packages for partners.

Develop and implement processes to increase effectiveness and efficiencies for our clients and team.

Requirements:

Must have at least 8 years of experience in the direction and production of cinematic, trailers for video game.

Must be able to tackle In Game project as long as pure CGI mandate

Develop an efficient pipeline for capturing concepts & ideas and quickly translating them into either a game engine or any other 3D software (blender, Maya….)

Follow and maintain pipelines and technical requirements.

Balance quality with efficiency when working under tight deadlines.

Video game industry experience is a must

Must have general knowledge of the creative advertising process.

Ability to communicate and pitch a vision to a team of creative but also convince stakeholders.

Must be able to prioritize and jump from task to task while coordinating with those around you.

Must have strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to contribute on multiple projects at once.

Must have strong pacing and storytelling skills.

Proactive and strategic thinker with experience in brand marketing.

Must be detail oriented, resourceful and have the ability to follow directions.

A positive attitude and solid oral communication skills.

Adheres to internal and external standards.

Ambition, self-motivated, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Experience in Unreal Engine is a plus.

Job Location:

- Singapore

- Relocation Support will be provided to selected candidate who are residing outside of Singapore.
