Overview

Summary of the Position

Foot Locker, Inc. is looking to hire an Operations Coordinator for our Construction & Facilities team.

The coordinator will be responsible for creating essential reports and providing documents for the management team that will allow them to make business decisions. Incumbent will also be responsible for providing management with necessary analytics. 

The coordinator provides high-level analysis and coordination to the Sr. Operations Manager and the Sr. Director of Facilities & Construction. The coordinator is conversant in English and works independently and must maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

The coordinator handles a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth daily Operations of a business.

The position is temporary with a duration of 6 months.


Responsibilities

Tasks & Responsibilities

Process highly confidential information, maintaining and respecting centralized Real Estate and maintaining operations documents and reports for senior project data to define plan for next years. Tracking budget for Construction project. Managing and tracking project forecast. Preparing risk report for business visibility. Supporting Facility Managers with contract and management of the Constructions & Facilities input into the HIRA system and administration of HIRA requests and actions (H&S)Assisting with the management of daily operational internal and external stakeholder relations.
Qualifications

Competency Profile

Business Degree or equivalent with 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in office management or an administrative role with financial background. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated experience working in a team environment as well as working independently with minimal supervision. Experience presenting to all levels of management. Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to function across all levels of a complex, culturally diverse matrix organization. Strong level of autonomy and self-accountability. Ability to formulate solutions prior to escalating issues and keep sensitive of all risks and impacts of solutions. Ability to work undertime and results pressure, tight deadlines and changing priorities.
