Na-Nomi is een jong en groeiend bedrijf gericht op het in- en ompakken van food en non-food artikelen voor diverse A-merken. Na-Nomi is een joint venture tussen Nabuurs Groep en NOMI Co-Packing. Beide bedrijven behoren in hun eigen vakgebied tot de belangrijkste spelers op het gebied van Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). In april 2013 hebben ze de handen ineengeslagen om FMCG-producenten nog betere oplossingen te kunnen bieden op het gebied van co-packing. Na-Nomi stelt alles in het werk om voor haar klanten de beste weg voor het product te verzorgen en processen te integreren. Na-Nomi wil deze gedachte graag voortzetten in haar benadering naar de arbeidsmarkt: de beste weg voor collega’s die onze visie mee waarmaken. Integratie van meerdere doelgroepen waaronder ook collega’s die soms wat extra begeleiding nodig hebben om hun plek in de organisatie en het werk te vinden.

Inhoud van jouw job

Ter versterking van ons team bij Na-Nomi in Oosterhout (Gelderland) zoeken wij een Site Support Officer. Ben jij de gedreven en klantgerichte kandidaat die wij zoeken? In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen en onderhouden van uitstekende relaties met onze (interne) klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze bestaande klanten (accounts) op een zo effectief en efficiënt mogelijke manier worden bediend. Bij het opzetten en implementeren van nieuwe klanten/klantprojecten heb je de rol van projectbegeleider.
Als Site Support Officer werk je nauw samen met jouw collega’s van het Na-Nomi Customer Service Team. Zij zijn verantwoordelijk voor de operationele zaken, en het is jouw rol om te zorgen dat zij hun werkzaamheden zo goed mogelijk kunnen uitvoeren. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de Production Teamleaders, die rechtstreeks de productie aansturen. Kennis van productie- en planningstechnieken komen in deze functie dan ook goed van pas.
In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Manager Customer Care & Site Support.

Beheer van de voorraad verbruiksmaterialen en klantmaterialen, en zorg voor een goede voorraadadministratie; Voorraadcontrole en het op peil houden van verbruiksartikelen; Bestellen/afroepen van verpakkingsmaterialen bij diverse leveranciers; Afstemming met het naastgelegen warehouse van Nabuurs over de aan- en afvoer van grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen (behoefte aan reachcapaciteit afstemmen met Nabuurs); Deelname aan projecten ter ondersteuning van de implementatie van nieuwe klanten; Beheer van de forecast van productieorders in samenwerking met de Na-Nomi planner; Controle van productieorders en het melden van afwijkingen bij Customer Service; Afroep en administratie van emballage; Correct, compleet en tijdig verzorgen van facturatievoorbereiding gebaseerd op gereed product; Logistieke assistentie verlenen op de werkvloer wanneer nodig. Jouw specificaties MBO+ werk- en denkniveau; Kennis van MS Office, BI, CRM, en ERP-systemen; Kennis van en ervaring binnen de logistiek en/of een productieomgeving; Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift; Er wordt gevraagd om een VOG aan te vragen bij aanname; Affiniteit met de Food- en FMCG-business.
