Het is de winter van 2017. Het eerste Pillows Hotels opent aan het Vondelpark in Amsterdam. Het concept waarbij alles écht om de gast draait, werkt. Binnen een jaar staan we in de TripAdvisor top 5 van de stad. Ook de hotels die daarop volgen behalen hoge rankings en krijgen vermeldingen in de Bib Gourmand en GaultMillau.
In het najaar van 2022 openden we alweer ons zesde hotel. Met dit 5-sterrenhotel aan het Oosterpark in Amsterdam zijn de ambities hoog Daarom zoeken we collega’s die alleen bij de allerbeste willen horen, waaronder enthousiaste housekeeping medewerkers.
Jouw rol
Samen met je collega's in de housekeeping zijn jullie voornamelijk verantwoordelijk voor het schoonmaken en houden van de gastenverblijven. Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor een unieke gastbeleving en het welzijn van onze gasten. Met jouw oog voor detail zorg je voor een smetteloze omgeving. Jouw oprechte focus voor hygiëne en opruimen zorgt ervoor dat de omgeving aan de hoogste eisen voldoet. Je houdt de kamers in perfectie conditie door ze schoon te houden, het linnen te vervangen en de accessoires volgens de gewenste lay-out aan te vullen. In deze functie werk je overdag zowel doordeweeks als in het weekend. De werktijden zijn flexibel en in overleg met jou af te stemmen.
Om te zorgen dat jij je werk optimaal kunt uitvoeren, investeren wij in onze mensen en in de nieuwste technologie.
Onze Housekeeping afdeling is volledig gedigitaliseerd om zo efficiënt mogelijk te kunnen werken. Doordat wij gebruik maken van een zwevend dekbed, zijn onze Pillows bedden makkelijk op te maken. We werken met hoogwaardige machines die ervoor zorgen dat je makkelijk je dag door komt. Zo houd jij meer tijd en energie over om onze gasten in de watten te kunnen leggen.Wat krijg je?

Met jouw werkervaring in een high luxury omgeving snap je dat dat die gladgestreken vouw en dat handgeschreven kaartje het verschil maken in een kamer. Jij let altijd op de details. Alles moet kloppen volgens jou, waarbij je gaat voor een smetteloze en perfecte omgeving waar niets op aan te merken valt.
