We are an international group of marketing agencies specializing in review and influencer marketing, branding and digital ad production and own a few e-commerce brands. Our Clients are the world's biggest brands, from Google to Maxi Cosi and from LG to Philips. 

With a holding company and 11 legal entities across the Netherlands, France, Sweden, Norway, and the US, our finance department efficiently manages the administration of 7 entities, while collaborating with local offices for the rest.

Your Role:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations across various entities.
  • Be the primary finance contact within the company and for international administration offices.
  • Manage financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, bank and general ledger entries.
  • Handle quarterly VAT returns (including OSS) and monthly ICP.
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate internally to offer financial insights aiding decision-making.
  • Support budget, forecast, and financial report preparations.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies through thorough analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Financial Accountant role.
  • Deep understanding of accounting principles and (Dutch) regulations.
  • Proficiency in Exact Online, Basecone, Microsoft Excel, and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal) in English and Dutch.
