Wat je zult leren als stage:

Onderzoek uitvoeren om inzicht te krijgen in de huidige best practices rond duurzaamheid in de industrie (zowel peer FMCG's als klanten) en aanbevelingen doen voor de integratie ervan in PepsiCo Ondersteuning bij de implementatie van lopende initiatieven op het gebied van duurzaamheidsengagement, inclusief de uitrol van een interne engagement applicatie en het identificeren van verbeterpunten Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om de ontwikkeling van een breder duurzaamheidsnetwerk voort te zetten om enerzijds onze duurzaamheidsstrategie verder te integreren in de dagelijkse functies, en anderzijds Green teams om werknemers te inspireren op het gebied van eco-friendly living Ondersteuning bij het opstellen van een roadmap voor 2025 en het uitwerken van initiatieven om de algehele duurzaamheidskennis van medewerkers op te bouwen Opstellen van een interne gecentraliseerde Duurzaamheidstoolkit met materialen om onze pep+ strategie te introduceren en uit te leggen aan onze werknemers en klanten Qualifications

What you will learn as Sustainability Engagement intern:

Conduct research to understand current best practices for sustainability in the industry (both per FMCGs and customers) and provide recommendations for integrating them into PepsiCo Support in the implementation of ongoing sustainability engagement initiatives, including the roll out of an internal engagement application and identifying areas for improvement Collaborate with other departments to continue the development of a wider Sustainability network to further integrate pep+ into day-to-day functions, and Green teams to inspire on eco-friendly living Support on creating a 2025 roadmap & work out initiatives to build overall employee pep+ literacy Establish a centralized pep+ toolkit with materials to introduce & explain our pep+ strategy
