In this role, you will drive multiple transformational projects to accelerate deliverables and developer experience for our development community. By establishing a state-of-the-art infrastructure to enable them to deliver the highest quality products.

The Challenge:

The ASML Veldhoven Business Line Patterning & Focus Control SW Apps team continuously improves on 5 main processes: Code, Build, Test, Package, Release. A successful candidate will be expected to steer transformational projects related to CI/CD providing a state of the art infrastructure for our development community to enable them in delivering products of the highest quality.

You will collaborate across multiple departments in the organization managing a complex stakeholder map consisting of senior architects, senior management, DevOps team, Qualification team, platform teams & the entire SW development community.

As a DevOps Project Manager you will:

Lead DevOps initiatives, Manage project timelines, Collaborate with multi-functional teams, Manage infrastructure, Ensure security and compliance, Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure that the organization remains competitive.

Monitor and analyze metrics (Monitor and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance) and implement continuous improvement (Continuously improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs).

Education & Experience

You have BS or MS in Computer Science or related field. To be successful, you have 10 or more years of project management experience in transformational DevOps projects . And at least 5 or more years of experience with cloud-based deployments (Azure is preferred), including software-driven deployment and management of cloud resources (VMs, storage, containers, etc.) .

Next to that you have proven experience with:

Project Management Tools (Jira, MPP), Agile and DevOps Methodologies,  Performance Optimization and Scalability, Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

As a person you are a strong communicator (stakeholder management, Presentation Skills, Negotiation), think in solutions (Adaptability, Flexibility, Creativity and Innovation), team player (Collaboration, Cross-Functional Coordination, Conflict Resolution) a leader (Decision Making, Strategic thinking, Active Listening and Feedback Incorporation) and a planner (Time Management and Prioritization).

Other information

This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, it seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
