Tasks

With the objective of managing and planning the content and asset production within the Marketing Communications team, we are looking for a content coordinator to support the overall planning, logistics and production of our TV standard deliverables and creative assets.

  • Coordinate assets production and English copywriting tasks.
  • Collaborate with various production agencies to plan Ambilight TV asset creation.
  • Assist the Marcom Manager and Marketing Operations Manager with New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives.
  • Audit and edit English copy for Ecommerce, Point of Sales, Online, and Social Media content.
  • Follow up with stakeholders for the delivery of necessary source materials (CAD files, MUS sheets, samples, logistics).
  • Ensure timely collection of input, feedback, and sign-off from stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and oversee the localization process of e-commerce assets with local markets, ensuring accurate and timely translation and adaptation for different markets.
  • Work with project management tools such as Monday.com and support operations of the asset repository portal or be willing to learn.
  • Reporting to: Head of Brand and Marketing Communications
  • Cooperation with: Agencies, Product / Marketing Manager, Marcom team, Online and Ecom team, Trade Marketing team, PR/Event team, Sales teams, (Trade) Marketing managers in countries
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Linguistics, Marketing, Communications, Project Management or related field.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in English.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ambitious, pro-active, high drive for getting things done.
  • Experience in copywriting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is a must.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com is preferred but not required.

For this internship we are looking for candidates who are already living/studying in the Netherlands

Benefits
  • Fulltime, broad and hands-on internship, hybride, of 5- 6 months as of mid August
  • Work location in Amsterdam (next to Amstel station)
