YOUR TASKS

Coordinate and plan shipments in collaboration with the assembly and outbound departments Communicate time slots to all parties based on KPIs and internal agreements Consult with the warehouse, managers, supervisors, and drivers Document all agreements, primarily via email Administratively book delivery shipments into internal systems Coordinate transport planning with external carriers and internal departments

YOUR PROFILE

Vocational / Bachelor level Experience with Excel and SAP; able to work in a process-oriented way Ability to analyze and monitor Excellent command of English Accurate and precise
