Business Analyst

For one of our leading clients, we are looking for a Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst within the core team, you analyse the current process implementation for a business domain. In this end-to-end analysis, the insights from the customer journey and Lean are integrated with the process insights. You translate the modern migration policy, the desired business value, strategic annual goals, architectural principles, business principles, bottlenecks and improvement potential into a full implementation process.
Must haves:
- Candidate has at least a completed HBO education
- Candidate has at least 5 years of experience with business analysis in an organisation with 1000 or more employees or within the central government (5 years)
- Candidate preferably has experience with agile/scrum working methods and drawing up User stories
- Candidate has experience with 'greenfield' implementations
- Candidate has knowledge of and affinity with information-driven work
- Candidate preferably has knowledge of and affinity with event driven architecture
- Candidate preferably has completed business information technology or comparable education and has some technical interest (e.g. micro-services architecture
- Candidate preferably has knowledge of BCS BA/IREB or equivalent
- Participate in the business and information analysis department and develop a professional products/services catalogue together
- Peer reviews of products/services from colleagues
- Has a good command of the Dutch language (writing, speaking and reading)
***Due to special client requirements, the candidate must be a native Dutch citizen and speak Dutch fluently.
