Job Description:

The Global Supply Excellence Leader drives performance and predictability across sites by being the pivot between our manufacturing sites, global Value Chain Operation team and our MSE (TPM) program. The leader will line manage a team of experts who are jointly responsible with plant managers to deliver unstoppable reliability, cost and productivity improvements, by leveraging MSE/Digital and Technical tools. The role holder will support the culture shift and capability building required to enable a significant breakthrough in Global Food VCO TRS performance.

In addition to driving performance, they must ensure that the site`s deployment plans are aligned with segment MSE Guidebooks. In addition, the Global Supply Excellence Leader with their direct reports must participate in the MSE capability building across the sites, by being an active coach to Site Leadership Members. Success will be measured by Global VCO and Sites capability growth, performance improvement year on year, Process alignment to DMS standards, Behaviours aligned to Leadership standards and KPI Results achieving Delivery, Cost, Targets.

What are we looking for?

Fluency in English

Extensive experience in Supply or Supply Chain (in IE, Technical, Lean, Operations or Logistics)

Previous experience with TPM, LEAN, knowledge of CI management infrastructure, CI tools & technics, Supply and/or Supply Chain applications

Proven experience minimum in TPM Deployment/Program Management (with proven record)

Experience in leading step-change initiatives / Best practice roll out / Digital transformation

What will be your key responsibilities?

Design and own the accelerated performance sprint process

Line manager of Digital, and MSE Leads

Drive performance improvement at global level through MSE program deployment and digital acceleration

Leading transformative change within the factories

Teach, Coach and Assess the Site teams on MSE implementation: Initiation / Planning / Execution /Gap closure

Build capability in the food & Nutrition VCO/Site Leadership Teams

Promotes the program to ensure true cultural change on site and in the organization.

Actively participate to X segment MSE team and is the first contact in food & nutrition for any requirements or inputs

Lead and co-ordinate the roll out/roadmap of digital MSE tools based on needs assessment of each of the food sites.
