Ben jij een procesliefhebber, een najager, een verbinder en kan je slecht tegen je verlies? Dat komt goed uit, want wij zoeken een ‘Winning Tender Manager’. Total Design gaat professionaliseren op het gebied van Tenders & Pitches. We zetten in op een combinatie van de commitment aan procedures en winnende energie.

OVER DE ROL

Als Tender Manager heb je een bewezen track record in het winnen van tenders, aanbestedingen en pitches. Je bent niet alleen bekend met de procedures, maar je bent er zelfs een liefhebber van. Je weet de aanwezige casuïstiek en certificeringen zo te organiseren dat de inzendingen steeds vlekkelozer en moeitelozer gaan.

Je houdt voor ons de tender kalender bij en mist geen kans. Daarnaast weet je een team te motiveren om de energie in een tender te steken die nodig is om de win kans te optimaliseren. Dat betekent dat de inzet en de tender-input van de verschillende teamleden maximaal is. 

JIJ

Hebt 3+ jaar ervaring in het managen en begeleiden van aanbestedingen en pitches.  Bent resultaatgericht. Bent een liefhebber van details & deadlines. Hebt talent voor organiseren.  Bent een teamplayer. Kan mensen meekrijgen en bent verbinden.  Blijft rustig onder druk. Beschikt over een innende en enthousiasmerende energie. Durft bepalend te zijn. Bent foutloos en inspirerend in geschreven Engelse en Nederlandse taal. Bent sterk ontwikkeld in presentatie techniek (.PPT/.Key/.PDF).
