Onze opdrachtgever is voornamelijk actief in de regio Zuid-Holland en al jarenlang actief in de beveiligingsbranche. Het ruime klantenbestand bestaat uit bedrijven, instellingen en stichtingen maar ook particulieren kunnen hun woning doormiddel van mobiele surveillance laten beveiligen. Het bedrijf bestaat uit ruim 100 vaste medewerkers en er heerst een familiare sfeer. Oprechte interesse in mensen en persoonlijke aandacht staan hoog in het vaandel. Evenals samenwerking. Functieomschrijving
Ben jij als Beveiliger opzoek naar een andere werkomgeving? In deze functie beheer je een unieke locatie en werk je bij een klant met een hoog risico profiel. De producten die ze vervaardigen maken het noodzakelijk om extra waakzaam te zijn. Niet omdat er op deze locatie gevaar dreigt, maar wel omdat diefstal extra gevoelig ligt. In deze functie combineer je security met hospitality en werk je met moderne 'state of the art' beveiligingstechnieken.
Ondersteund door collega`s en technische beveiligingssystemen werk je vanuit je eigen control room. Je bewaakt de primaire bedrijfsprocessen, producten en werknemers en stelt hoge prioriteit aan een veilige werkomgeving. Daarbij loop je controle- en sluitronde, ben je vraagbaak voor leveranciers en personeel, kun je visiteren verricht je enkele licht administratieve werkzaamheden.
Het team en de afdeling zijn nog in ontwikkeling en op dit moment werk je in een 2-ploegendienst. Het is de wens om uiteindelijk 24/7 open te zijn waardoor ook nacht- en weekenddiensten in de toekomst tot de mogelijkheid behoren.
Functie-eisen
- Een mbo niveau 2 opleiding tot Beveiliger is verplicht (wij staan ook open voor BBL leerlingen)
- Rijbewijs B
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de beveiliging
- Kennis van de Engelse taal in woord is gewenst
- Wij vragen een flexibele instelling omdat de werktijden volgens ingeroosterde diensten in de ochtend, middag en avond plaats kunnen vinden (in de toekomst mogelijk ook nachten)
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Salaris conform de cao Particuliere Beveiliging, schaal 3 of 4
- Bruto salaris tussen de € 15,08 en € 18,93 bruto per uur (exclusief de toeslagen) - Per maand is dit € 2350,- tot € 2950,- (exclusief de toeslagen)
- Vakantiegeld, reiskostenvergoeding, pensioen en een eindejaarsuitkering
- Een contract voor bepaalde tijd welke bij goed functioneren omgezet wordt naar een vaste aanstelling
