In deze uitdagende rol ben je als Reliability Engineercontinu bezig met het verbeteren van onderhoud en installaties.

Functie-inhoud:
  • je stelt KPI’s op en bewaakt deze om de realisatie van gestelde onderhoudsdoelstellingen te meten
  • je faciliteert bij het analyseren van repeterende technische storingen en breakdowns, met als doel de grondoorzaken te achterhalen: techniek, gedrag, organisatie (RCA afdeling/ discipline overstijgend)
  • je rapporteert en analyseert Cost Drivers (keten kosten)/ Prestatieverliezen op lijn of machine niveau, gericht op het elimineren van oorzaken van onderhoudsgevoeligheid en afwijkingen
  • je initieert, faciliteert en adviseert verbeterteams om de installatieprestaties en installatiebetrouwbaarheid te verhogen
  • je zorgt als Reliability Engineervoor een structurele verbetering door het opstellen van een jaarplan van verbeterprojecten, het afstemmen van de opdrachtformulering, het uitvoeren van onderzoeksvragen en het opstellen van een plan van aanpak
  • je stelt in samenspraak met de Technisch Manager KPI’s op en bewaakt deze om realisatie van gestelde onderhoudsdoelstellingen te meten
  • je adviseert als Reliability Engineerover onderhoudscontracten zoals lease, sla en 24 uurs service en sluit deze contracten af


Functie-eisen:
  • je beschikt over een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding op het gebied van Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica, Industriële Automatisering, Technische Bedrijfskunde of aanverwant
  • je hebt ervaring in een preventieve onderhoudsorganisatie en/of productieomgeving
  • wanneer je als Reliability Engineerervaring hebt met EAM-tools is dit een pré
  • je bent analytisch, structureel en zelfsturend
  • je bent als Reliability Engineercommunicatief vaardig richting meerdere lagen in de organisatie
  • Professionele beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is noodzakelijk; kennis van Engels wordt gewaardeerd.
