The role
Your aim as Global Social Media Coordinator is to curate Bugaboo’s global social media presence in support of wider brand and business ambitions.
You are part of the Global Brand & Creative team and report to the Content & Community Specialist.
What will you do?
Manage Bugaboo’s global social pages (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest)
Collate monthly global social calendars Source user-generated-content suitable for global calendars Schedule all content in a timely manner Be a gatekeeper for social best-practice across Bugaboo's pages Pro-actively engage with global influencers and wider interest accounts Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues managing LinkedIn, to ensure cross-channel communications alignmentReporting
Deliver monthly reports, analyzing global social post and page performance Stay up to date with platform trends, changes and updates Monitor wider industry and competitor social activityLocal market collaboration
Host monthly social calls with those who manage local Bugaboo pages Support content sharing with local markets, managing a global rights logCustomer service collaboration
Run weekly calls with the team responsible for community management Manage ad-hoc web-care queries in relation to social postsInfluencer agency management
Support with daily influencer management tasks and queries Coordinate all global influencer product deliveries and logisticsWhat you bring to the table
You have at least 1 years’ experience managing social media pages for brands, either in-house or via an agency. You are a diligent and dependable young professional, interested in expanding your knowledge of social media, influencer and brand management. You’re fluent in English (Bugaboo is an international company). You’re able to work independently and with diverse groups of people, with mutual understanding and respect. You take ownership and learn from mistakes. You want to be the best you can be, while remaining authentic, confident, and true to yourself. You’re ambitious and approach every day with an open mind, eager to learn and grow.What we offer

A Bugaboo stroller if expecting a baby, and a “friends and family” discount of 20% off. Paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers (based on eligibility). Commuting reimbursement: Bugaboo refunds 100% of public transport costs or €0,19/km when traveling by car/bike/scooter-motor. Work-from-home allowance plus home-office set-up budget.
