We are looking for anexperienced and talented brand marketer who has a profoundunderstanding of project management within the Sports and Lifestyleindustry. You can build strong relationships, are highly motivatedto achieve results in partnership, and can manage multiplecollaborators while demonstrating independent thinking.
A successful candidate will be expected todemonstrate and articulate experience of the below crucialrequirements to be considered:
- Aminimum of 5 years of work experience in retail/accountmarketing;
- A good understanding of modernmarketing;
- Proficiency in category and/or brandmarketing, ability to define and serve the full spectrum of theconsumer;
- Have a growth mindset, and bringenergy and inspiration;
- A proven track recordof connecting with Nike's consumers through insight-led executionof cross-functional brand marketingcampaigns;
- Proven experience identifying,owning, and handling external relationships with individuals andorganizations, aligned with Nike’s strategicobjectives;
- Proven experience in Loyalty/MemberMarketing and Targeted Marketing is apré;
- Prior experience in leveraging Mediathrough Account Marketing channels and experience in content rollout across Nike direct digital owned platforms and media is apré.
Consumer Direct Marketingteam has been designed to provide functional excellence across OneNike Marketplace. Their goal is to amplify the Nike brand withinthe Partners Consumer base, crafting the future of the marketplaceand how Nike serves athletes through it. This role is part of theagile team that leads the work to build direct connections with theathletes and loyal consumers.
In this role,you will collaborate closely with key partners in the ConsumerConstruct and Consumer Direct Marketing teams. Your mainresponsibility will be to align and localize marketing prioritiesfor Partner Marketing, in order to provide a more personalizedexperience for consumers while maximizing business opportunities.You will need to establish strong relationships with marketingfunctions within CDM such as Nike Direct Stores Marketing, MemberMarketing, and Digital Direct Marketing. You will also work closelywith other marketing functions such as Creative, CatalystMarketing, and Sports Marketing.
Below youwill find some of your tasks:
- Supportin crafting the holistic and coordinated partner Marketing strategywith a sharp focus on membership andloyalty;
- Manage the Nike experience within thePartner’s ecosystem through an omni-channel approach and connect itback into their own Nike channels;
- Createa continuous communication program, building loyalty/membershippropositions that drive year-round consumerengagement;
- Lead and engage in theConsumer Code process to support seasonal planning, and workclosely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on seasonalpriorities, critical metrics, and hindsightprocess;
- Build relationship with internalpartners, share results and findings allowing the widerorganization to grow.
