Business Analyst

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team in the Hague.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Identify the organization's business needs, workflows, and processes, and prepare documents
- Conduct the stakeholders/business analysis, requirements analysis, and support the design and testing phases to ensure that the technical solutions comply with the defined requirements
- Follow up and keep up to date different product backlogs, and other Business Analysis deliverables (Use Cases, User Stories, Impact Assessment Document, etc.)
- Support the project activities providing clarifications, acting as liaison between the business users/key stakeholders. Project Officers, and technical experts
- Participate in the market research/solutions assessment to identify suitable tools to meet the business and technical needs
- Support the Technical Architect and Project Manager and other stake-holders
- Support the business users in the testing phase (e.g. support the UAT testing)
- Support the smooth adoption of the new systems by contributing (writing/reviewing) manuals and user guides for the end users
- Ensure the compliance of all project-related activities with Eurojust’s rules and standards
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Have a minimum high school diploma
- A minimum of 5 years work experience as Business Analyst
- Experience in ICT projects
- Knowledge of market research for selection of COTs products
- Experience in projects with interoperability with other systems will be considered advantageous
- Understanding of Security and Personal data management will be considered as an advantage
- Experience working with different methodologies (Agile, Iterations, Waterfall, etc.) will be considered advantageous
- Should have strong communication skills and professional experience in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency in English language at least a B2 level
